Una de las tareas clave es fortalecer la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras, promoviendo gradualmente el inglés como segunda lengua en las escuelas. En cumplimiento de esta resolución, el sector educativo de Quang Ninh ha implementado de forma proactiva modelos de enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras flexibles y creativos, con resultados claros.
